Shipping & Delivery

– We process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 2–3 business days.

– Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days.
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (customs clearance may cause delays).

– Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

– Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incomplete/incorrect details provided by the customer.

Refund Policy

– Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

– Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was sent.

To request a refund or replacement, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with proof (clear photos/videos).

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
